Join us for a webinar to learn about the dangerous provisions in the “Big Beautiful Bill” currently moving through the Senate. Hosted by BJC in collaboration with NETWORK Lobby for Catholic Social Justice and Bread for the World, this event will feature experts discussing threats to public education, Medicaid, Medicare and SNAP.

Dr. Sabrina E. Dent, director of the BJC Center for Faith, Justice and Reconciliation, will moderate the webinar. The speakers will be Maggie Siddiqi, Policy Advisor at BJC; Laura Peralta-Schulte, Senior Director of Public Policy & Government Relations at NETWORK Lobby for Catholic Social Justice; and Sakeenah Shabazz, Deputy Director of Bread for the World’s Policy and Research Institute.
The conversation will include information about various elements of this dangerous budget reconciliation bill and action steps you can take to make a difference.
