BJC is a 501(c)(3) organization, and your gifts are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. The tickets purchased for the Religious Liberty Council (RLC) Luncheon are not tax deductible unless they are donated to be used by a student or someone else.

An outside accounting firm conducts an annual audit of BJC. In addition, an all-volunteer board of directors sets policies and procedures and monitors the budget and expenditures.
