BJC Executive Director Amanda Tyler will be this year’s speaker for the 2026 Henry and Annabel Larzelere lecture at The People’s Church in East Lansing, Michigan. The event takes place in the church’s social hall, following morning worship and lunch. Leading up to this event, the church’s Peace and Justice Task Force is offering a three-week series of classes on responding to Christian nationalism.

The Henry and Annabel Larzelere Memorial Lecture Series was established in 2017 to honor Henry and Annabel Larzelere’s interest in continuing education on topics of international interest and theological thought. It is an annual event held at the church.
