Scope of this Policy
Please understand that whenever you voluntarily disclose Personal Information online this information cannot be made one-hundred percent secure and, in some cases, that information can be intercepted, collected and used by others. If you post content to our Sites, all of the information that you post will be available to all visitors to our Sites. Mandatory Data for Advocacy Tools/Options to Not Provide Information
To utilize the advocacy tools on our website, you will be required to provide name, mailing address, and email address. If you choose not to, you will not be able to use these tools as that information is required by federal officials. You can alternatively go directly to Congressional websites and not use our tools.

Our Sites are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
