Clergy Quarterly Touchpoint

Clergy Quarterly Touchpoint

Across the country, we are witnessing increasing barriers to free and fair elections.

Attacks on the Voting Rights Act.

Changes in election administration that create barriers to participation.

Court rulings that create chaos.

We know that our religious freedom depends on the ability of every eligible person to participate fully in civic life.

So, what can we do? Faith leaders can live into their prophetic witness by safeguarding the dignity of every individual, strengthening civic participation, and protecting the democratic process.

Let’s talk more — join our growing community of pastors and ministry leaders who gather through our Clergy Quarterly Touchpoints.

Our next one is Thursday, July 23. We gather online, so you can participate from wherever you are. Click here to sign up!

This quarter, we’ll focus on voter engagement and voter protection, hearing from leaders working at the intersection of faith and civic engagement, including:

  • Andrea Miller, Founding Board Member of the Center for the Common Ground, on voter outreach and protecting voting rights.
  • Rabbi Lindsey Danziger, Director of Campaigns at the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism, on the unique role faith communities can play in voter engagement.

Additional clergy will be sharing lessons from their own congregations.

Join us from Thursday, July 23 at

  • 1-2:30 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Noon – 1:30 p.m. Central Time
  • 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Mountain Time
  • 10 – 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time.

Like past gatherings, this conversation will offer space to learn from one another, exchange ideas, and build relationships with clergy from across the country. Join us live from wherever you are!
