Natalie Johnson-Abbott is the development manager at BJC, keeping BJC connected to our monthly donors — the FaithFULL Community — and new donors who support faith freedom for all.
Passionate about connecting supporters with opportunities to invest in meaningful change, she works to build the philanthropic partnerships that sustain the work of advancing our constitutional freedoms. Johnson-Abbott has more than 15 years of experience in hospitality management, where she led diverse teams and complex operations before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. She also served as a BJC intern in the fall of 2024.
Johnson-Abbott earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Mary Washington. Her academic interests include the root causes and far-reaching effects of Christian nationalism in American public life.
A native of Fredericksburg, Va., Johnson-Abbott is a proud wife and mother in a blended family of six. When she is not embracing the chaos of a large family, she enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring local history.
