Taxpaying citizens have the right to bring Establishment Clause lawsuits

In Arizona Christian School Tuition Organization v. Winn, et al., the Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty says the U.S. Supreme Court should protect the right of taxpaying citizens to sue over an alleged violation of the U.S. Constitution’s prohibition of a government establishment of religion.
