The 5th Circuit rejected an appeal by Christina Comer to reinstate her lawsuit against the Texas Education Agency, where she was formerly the Science Curriculum Director. Comer argued that the policy requiring her to remain "neutral" on matters relating to creationism amounts to an unconstitutional imposition of religion. She was dismissed from her job after passing on information to co-workers about a science lecture questioning creationist claims. Via How Appealing, you can read the ruling here.
