Also, Holly Hollman offers her take on the label-ification (a perfectly good word I just made up) of our discourse on constitutional matters, in light of the Sotomayor hearings. And, they even let me put ink to paper this month and offer my own recap of the confirmation hearings, describing the joy of endless waiting (and waiting, and waiting) for someone to bring up the freedomor religion.
