What is current church-state law? That's the question a new essential report takes on, sponsored by the Wake Forest University Divinity School's Center for Religion and Public Affairs. Religious liberty experts including the Baptist Joint Committee's Brent Walker and K. Hollyn Hollman sifted through the tangled controversies to lay out the basics of what the law actually allows in a 32-page report.
