BJC Executive Director Amanda Tyler will discuss “Recent Supreme Court Rulings on Religion” in this panel session hosted by the State Bar of Arizona on June 14 in Tucson, Arizona.

This session will explore whether recent Supreme Court’s decisions on religious issues are within the historical, theoretical and practical bounds of sound jurisprudence. Amanda Tyler, Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty, speaks on the impact of these opinions on First Amendment establishment and free exercise cases. A panel of four local attorneys respond on historical, human rights, theoretical and litigation perspectives.
