The House Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on the Constitution will hold a hearing Wednesday afternoon on the "State of Religious Liberty in America." Scheduled witnesses include Rev. Barry Lynn of Americans United for the Separation of Church and State, and the ACLJ's Colby May.
