For 190 years, Baptist Churches in Chicago have created Christian community and furthered the advance of the Kin-dom of God. This current moment is no different. New challenges arise, ones that seem especially dire. This year’s annual meeting program has been tailored to respond to this moment. In response to the haunting question of the Chronicler — “But will God dwell with mortals on earth?” (2 Chronicles 6:18) — we seek to offer a resounding Yes! by exploring three key dwelling places we share with God and all God’s creatures.
