BJC Executive Director Amanda Tyler will join Texas state Rep. James Talarico and the Rev. Eric Folkerth for a panel conversation on Christian nationalism during the Sept. 20 meeting of the Dallas Democratic Forum.
The event will take place at the Arts District Mansion, located at 2101 Ross Avenue in Dallas. To attend, you must RSVP by September 18 by contacting RSVP [email protected]. Amanda Tyler is the executive director of BJC and the lead organizer of the Christians Against Christian Nationalism campaign. James Talarico is a Democrat serving in the Texas State Legislature, representing Texas House District 50 (which is an area north of Austin). The Rev. Eric Folkerth is the senior pastor of Kessler Park United Methodist Church.
