On January 13, BJC General Counsel Holly Hollman will participate in a lunchtime discussion of the upcoming Supreme Court case of Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue.

Description
Sponsored by the Humanist Legal Society, this conversation will focus on how this case could have major implications on the government funding of private religious schools and the entanglement between state and church.

Hollman will be speaking on a panel alongside constitutional law professor Caroline Mala Corbin and Americans United for Separation of Church and State Legal Director Richard Katskee. David Codell, the board president of the Humanist Legal Society, will moderate the conversation. Lunch will be provided.
