Description
BJC Director of Education Charles Watson Jr. will co-lead a workshop on African Americans and religious freedom at the 2020 Samuel DeWitt Proctor Conference in Crystal City, Virginia. Dr. Sabrina Dent, a 2015 BJC Fellow who serves as the director of programs and partnerships at the Religious Freedom Center of the Freedom Forum Institute, will co-lead the workshop.
The mission of the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Conference, Inc. (SDPC) is to nurture, sustain, and mobilize the African American faith community in collaboration with civic, corporate, and philanthropic leaders to address critical needs of human rights and social justice within local, national, and global communities.
