At the Washington Post's God in Government blog, William Wan gives a helpful outline of the first official meeting of the White House's Faith Advisory Council, a hand-picked group of 25 religious leaders across the country tasked to work on specific issues important to the faith community. The plan of the Council, according to Wan, is to meet in person next month, prepare drafts of recommendations by October, and present the President with final reports in February of next year.
