Back in December, an administrative judge for the EEOC ruled against former TSA employee Carole Smith in her complaint that she was harassed at the workplace and ultimately fired for being a Wiccan. She is appealing that decision, and her story – told by MSNBC's Bill Dedman – is well worth the read.
