The Senate Judiciary Committee has voted 13-6 to recommend the confirmation of Solicitor General Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court. Republican Lindsay Graham (R-SC) joined all Democrats on the committee in voting yes. The nomination now goes on to the full Senate.
