Following up on an earlier post , the AP reports that about 80 pastors "preached partisan sermons" Sunday in an effort to generate a test case over pulpit politicking and IRS regulations for tax-exempt organizations. The Alliance Defense Fund's previous "Pulpit Freedom Sunday" failed to generate a legal challenge in courts after the IRS apparently decided not to pursue any alleged violations associated with the event.
