President Obama will sign a proclamation recognizing the National Day of Prayer on Thursday, but will not hold any related events at the White House, according to CBN's David Brody. This marks a return to the practice of Presidents before George W. Bush, who typically hosted religious leaders for a ceremony in honor of the day.
