A popular and engaging speaker, Walker’s address is titled “Directing Traffic at the Intersection of Church and State: A Report from the Nation’s Capital.”  He will bring a message about the importance of religious liberty and church-state separation to Baptists in history and talk about current, cutting-edge church-state issues.  Recently recognized by Baylor University with the Abner V.
