In Denver, a group of protesters are choosing billboards over picketing as a way to call attention to the Nativity scene at the City & County Building, where it has been displayed every year alongside secular symbols since a judge approved the arrangement in 1986. The billboards urge the government to stop supporting religion, and to move the Nativity scene to a church.
